Here is a recipe for a quick and paleo friendly breakfast that I made yesterday morning. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures after it was finished. All I can say is that it tasted great and took only about 20 minutes to make, Try it yourself and enjoy.
1 Serving just double for 2 and so on.
4 Sweet Mini Peppers
3 Slices of bacon
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat skillet over medium high heat. Cut bacon into small pieces and add to pan. While the bacon is cooking ,dice up the peppers. Once the bacon is almost done, about 6 minutes add the peppers and cook an additional 2 minutes. While peppers and bacon are cooking beat the eggs in a bowl. After the 2 minutes add the eggs to the pan add the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook eggs to desired level of doneness. Enjoy!
